Nick S.CEO Moscarino Landscape + Design
Nick has over 15 years of experience in the green industry, specifically in the facilities management side of the business. Over the years, he has held titles including account manager, business development specialist, and senior account manager. Nick truly enjoys developing his employees and helping them to realize their personal and professional goals. Nick takes pride in going out of his way to make sure his customers’ expectations are met, and he is very grateful for the relationships he has developed with clients over the years. While he has completed industry-related coursework through Cleveland State University, Nick will remind you that learning never stops. Nick is always researching new industry trends and trying to find ways to implement them in our organization.
Joe M.General Manager
Joe got his start in the landscape industry back in his college days at the University of Ashland, and has been in it ever since. He currently heads up the Operations side of our business; keeping a close eye on the day to day in’s and out’s of our organization. When not obsessing over how to eliminate waste and increase productivity, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and kids in their home city of Avon.
Charles P.Senior Account Manager
Charles joined the Moscarino team in 2015 as an Account Manager, and brings over 18 years of industry experience with him. Charles holds a number of certifications including Ohio Applicator (turf, pest, and fertilization), dormant pruning, and Hunter Irrigation Products. Charles brings passion for all things “Green Industry”, and strives to make our clients lifelong fans by building strong relationships. Charles is a proud father of two boys and husband to his wife, Silvia. He is also the head coach of his oldest boy Brayden’s baseball team. When not at work, Charles loves the outdoors and going on adventures with his family.
Alex H.Operations Manager
He brings a positive and up-beat energy to each client he connects with. Alex joined Moscarino landscape + design team in 2012 and has thrived in each season since then. With over 15 years of landscape and management experience, Alex is right at home in his role working with commercial accounts around the Cleveland area where he grew up and currently resides. Alex takes great pride in grooming young workers into professional technicians and productive citizens. When he’s not on the grind, Alex spends most of his time with his wife of 11 years and their teenage daughter. A self described car fanatic, you can catch Alex cruising around town in one of his six cars and trucks!
Ryan is our lead designer and salesman extraordinaire. He brings an unrivaled passion and energy for design and construction to each client interaction. Ryan joined the Moscarino team in 2015 after an 8-year run in Chicago after college. With a background in Landscape Architecture from THE Ohio State University, he is always ready to take on any problem from basic to mind-boggling. A proud, native “West-Sider”, he now lives in Lakewood with his expecting wife Lauren, 2 cats, and a killer vegetable garden. He spends a lot of his time cooking, sailing, and staying active with CrossFit.
Rich S.Commercial Business Development
After completing a B.A. of Arts at Wilmington College of Ohio in 2010, Rich spent his early years in the green industry in Columbus before moving with his wife to Northfield, OH. Rich is passionate about helping people and growing relationships, which led him to the Business Development role on our team. Rich is eager to help grow our business, and attributes enthusiasm and dedication as keys to his success. When Rich is not at work you can usually find him on the golf course, hiking, sitting by a bonfire, or hanging out with friends and family. Rich and his wife Cristin are expecting their first baby, have 2 adorable Labradors (Mack and Ludo), and are proud “East-Siders”.
Brittany M.Operations Coordinator
Brittany happily wears a few different hats in our company, but her primary focus is Operations Coordinator for our Commercial accounts. She also assists with our Finance and HR departments, and plans our team’s social events throughout the year. We added Brittany to our team in 2015, and her Communications background from THE Ohio State University, and love of organization and teamwork helps keep us running strong. She strives to meet everyone’s needs, whether a client or one of our own employees. Brittany resides in Berea, along with her husband, Kevin, 2 dogs (Izzy and Moose), and is glad to have the Metro Parks so close by.
Tammy M.Operations Coordinator
Tammy is our Operations Coordinator for our Residential division. She joined the Moscarino team in 2016 and brings with her years of experience a background in business and finance. You can always find Tammy pitching in and planning our social activities around the office. She lives in Brunswick with her husband Jason and their two children. Tammy lives for fall weekends when she gets to watch her daughter cheerlead, and her son run up and down the football field.
Kevin M.Project Manager
Kevin is one of those guys who can build anything! He joined the Moscarino team in 2016, bringing with him over 20 years experience in the landscape construction industry. Kevin guides our crews and clients through our construction projects with a steady demeanor and a sharp eye for detail. When not pouring over blueprints, Kevin enjoys fishing, tailgating, coaching sports, and all home improvement projects. He is a proud resident of Broadview Heights where he lives with his wife and daughter.
Jordan O.Account Manager
Jordan joined our team in 2016. He has over 8 years of industry experience with a background in commercial maintenance and residential lawn and pest control. Jordan brings a small company customer service vibe to our growing family. He is a Landscape Industry Certified Technician and a Licensed Pesticide applicator in Ohio. In his free time he goes hiking with his wife and son in the Metro parks, and plays soccer any chance he can get. An avid runner, you may find Jordan running like an antelope around his North Olmsted home.
Dan H.Account Manager
Dan has been a vital part of our team for just over one year. While still “green” in the tenure department, Dan has added a fun spark of energy and discipline to our organization. Dan recently earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration & management, and is enjoying putting his new skills into practice with the team. He lives in Medina and when he’s not at work you can likely find him at the gym. Fun fact: Dan competed for years as an amateur body builder. This guy can bench press a truck!
Natasha C.Receptionist and Office Assistant
If you have called or stopped by our office recently, you have probably met Natasha! She is the friendly, calm, and consistent voice of our company. She joined our team in 2016 brining with her over 15 years of experience in customer service and office management. Natasha loves working at Moscarino Landscape + Design mostly because of the people she works with and the people she gets to meet every day! She enjoys greeting people as soon as they walk into the office to make sure they feel like they are a part of the Moscarino family. She spends a lot of her free time with her two children, and during the baseball season you’ll find her cheering them on from the stands.
Steve R.Fleet Mechanic
Steve Robinson is our lead mechanic; and the glue that holds us together!. Steve performs maintenance, diagnostic testing, repairs and inspections on every piece of moving equipment we have, and we have a lot. Steve has been with us since 2012 after he retired from the City of Cleveland, where he spent 33 years as a master mechanic. He also recently retired from Brunswick Hills Fire Department, where he worked as a fireman and medical technician for over 25 years. Steve lives in Brunswick with his wife Amy. He has 4 children and 1 granddaughter who all keep him very busy. Steve enjoys traveling with his family and being a competitive jump rope judge.
Al has been a Certified Public Accountant for over 18 years. He began his career in public accounting, after graduating from The Ohio State University, and later moved to corporate accounting in the manufacturing sector. He enjoys developing his staff, analyzing financial data, and re-engineering & developing processes, but is most happy spending time with his wife and kids.
Chas M.Founder and President
Chas was born to blaze his own trails. Throughout his high school days at Holy Name and his college years at Baldwin Wallace, Chas has grown the company from a single truck and mower to a regional enterprise. He is blessed by his family, clients, mentors, EOrs and friends around the world. Chas is passionate about surrounding himself with good people, and borderline obsessed with putting the right people in the right positions to drive our results. He is confident that we are on track to fulfill a higher quality of life for our clients, team, and environment. Chas is a devoted “morning person” who loves his routine of CrossFit & reading personal development books. He is a proud Strongsville, Rotarian (his home town) a certified scuba diver, and is an avid skier. Fun fact: He has been Heli-Skiing the past two years and hoping to go to Alaska next!
