Joe got his start in the landscape industry back in his college days at the University of Ashland, and has been in it ever since. He currently heads up the Operations side of our business; keeping a close eye on the day to day in’s and out’s of our organization. When not obsessing over how to eliminate waste and increase productivity, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and kids in their home city of Avon.

Ryan is our lead designer and salesman extraordinaire. He brings an unrivaled passion and energy for design and construction to each client interaction. Ryan joined the Moscarino team after an 8-year run in Chicago after college. With a background in Landscape Architecture from THE Ohio State University, he is always ready to take on any problem from basic to mind-boggling. A proud, native “West-Sider”, he now lives in Lakewood with his wife Lauren and son Maxwell, 2 cats, and a killer vegetable garden. He spends a lot of his time cooking, sailing, and staying active with CrossFit.
Tom F.
Tom F.Vice President of Sales
Tom moved to Cleveland in 2001 to start a third party logistics business with his brothers. He has spent 17 years building a successful business and brings this experience to his business development position. In his free time he enjoys traveling with friends and family, playing and coaching soccer and spending time with his wife and three children and dog, Ozzy!
Kevin M.
Kevin M.Project Manager
Kevin is one of those guys who can build anything! He has over 20 years experience in the landscape construction industry. Kevin guides our crews and clients through our construction projects with a steady demeanor and a sharp eye for detail. When not pouring over blueprints, Kevin enjoys fishing, tailgating, coaching sports, and all home improvement projects. He is a proud resident of Broadview Heights where he lives with his wife and daughter.
Pete S.
Pete S.Project Estimator
Pete is our Project Estimator, his main focus throughout the day is gathering and analyzing data to estimate the money, materials, labor and time that will be required for projects we are working on. He is exceptionally clever and brings a calm demeanor to an exacting position. When he’s not hunkered down with blueprints, he enjoys spending his time with his family, going on river walks and fishing.
Brian F.
Brian F.Account Manager
Brian brings a high degree of versatility to Moscarino having 15 years’ experience in the Landscape Industry. He previously ran his own successful company in Dayton before he decided to relocate to Cleveland where he could focus on his passions; designing and client relations. There’s no detail too small for Brian and he has an evident enthusiasm for delivering the most “bang for your buck”. Brian’s leisure time is spent with his son and the small fortune he’s invested in Lego’s, trying to golf, and questioning his fanhood of Cincinnati’s sports teams. WHO DEY!

During my off-hours, you will see him outside enjoying the day with his wife and 5 kids. They love to go on hikes, explore new places, and enjoy nature as much as possible. He is a big Cleveland Sports guy and a big Buckeye supporter. O – H!

Amanda has been with us since June of 2018, and is our Director of Operations. She spends her days overseeing the maintenance and enhancement divisions, and making sure everyone is exactly where they need to be for success. Amanda’s focus is ensuring our crews are hitting their efficiency and work quality goals. Her main goal is making our team and our valued clients happy! In her free time, Amanda likes to hike with her rescue dog, Lexi, and read mystery thriller novels (recommendation: “Sharp Objects” by Gillian Flynn). Go Cavs!
Alex M.
Alex M.Operations Manager
Alex is our Operations Manager for the maintenance department. His focuses are on quality of work, while making sure his crews are working safely and efficiently. He enjoys all aspects of the job, while also lending a hand in the field when necessary. In his free time, Alex enjoys camping and hiking in the wilderness. He also enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends.
RayOperations Manager
Ray has been with us for over two years! He specializes in the enhancement side of the business, guiding our employees through projects and installs. He also does demolition, reconstruction, lawn installs, and so much more. In his free time, Ray enjoys spending time with his family, girlfriend, and dog.
AustinOperations Manager
Austin is one of our field managers and loves it! He is one of those guys who could never sit at a desk, so he is happy to be out everyday getting his hands dirty. He makes sure our properties are up to our quality of standard, as well as training our employees to be top performers. When he’s not working Austin enjoy riding his dirtbike, and spending time with his friends and family.

If you have called or stopped by our office recently, you have probably met Natasha! She is the friendly, calm, and consistent voice of our company. She has over 15 years of experience in customer service and office management. Natasha loves working at Moscarino Landscape + Design mostly because of the people she works with and the people she gets to meet every day! She enjoys greeting people as soon as they walk into the office to make sure they feel like they are a part of the Moscarino family. She spends a lot of her free time with her two children, and during the baseball season you’ll find her cheering them on from the stands.

Merve is from Istanbul, Turkey. After she got her MBA degree from John Carroll University, she continued working in digital marketing field. She now works as a digital marketing specialist for Moscarino Landscape + Design remotely. She loves traveling, learning about different cultures and absolutely loves spending time with her puppy, Dexter!
